1. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payments via major credit/debit cards. COD is available only in our home country . We take reasonable security measures to protect your payment data but cannot be held liable if your device is compromised. If you have pending payments or unresolved disputes with us, we reserve the right to refuse service or withhold delivery until matters are settled.

2. Invoice Information

Your order confi rmation is not considered a valid invoice. A proper invoice—either digital or printed—will be provided when your package is delivered. We also store a copy in our system for your reference.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Intra-country orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days, while international deliveries usually take 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
  • We deliver within India and may offer international shipping—pending region-specific terms.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, provided they are unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds for prepaid payments are processed back to the original payment method — credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days.
  • COD refunds are credited to an e-wallet (if available) within 1 working day of receiving the returned product.
  • If you cancel before shipping, a small handling fee (e.g., 2–3% of the total) may apply and be deducted from your refund.

5. Order Cancellation

  • In-country customers can cancel orders before shipping via your account dashboard or through the link sent to your phone/email.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • International customers cannot cancel orders once placed.

6. Liability & Disputes

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—such as lost profi ts, performance issues, or interrupted service—even if we’ve been advised of their possibility

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to our operations and should fi rst be addressed through customer support. If you're unhappy with our site or services, you may simply stop using them.

7. Security & Fraud Prevention

We use standard security tools to safeguard your data, but:

  • We are not liable if your computer or device is infected with malware that compromises your information.
  • Misuse of our website or fraud will lead us to take appropriate actions — including legal remedies if necessary.

We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, business, or operational reasons. When we do, the updated version will be posted here with an effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance.
